Welcome to the Muskoka Muddlers Web Page. We're Paul and Wendy White and we live in the Muskoka District of Ontario, Canada, with our daughter Jennifer and Maggie the Wonder Dog. Our house is about 30 mile west of Algonquin Park, as you might imagine we spend a lot of time there, during all the seasons.
Our hobbies are photography, camping, fly-fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and canoeing. Last year we went back to canoe tripping and really enjoyed it. We weren't sure if we would be able to do it after 25 years, but we did and are looking forward to this summer, so we can do some more. Just proves you are never to old.
Wendy also does leather work, ties flies, makes native drums, cross-stitches and is now starting woodcarving.
Our interest in nature photography started about twenty-eight years ago, when we bought our first 35 mm. camera. That was a few cameras ago and we have since progressed to using Nikon equipment. In the last year we have started to use digital equipment, especially for canoe trips as it is much smaller to carry around.
